Shipping

Yes!  All orders in the continental US Ship for free.

We ship orders received before 2:00pm Eastern time on the day they're received (Monday - Friday).

Warranty

UpScale is warranted for four years. If UpScale fails due to a manufacturer defect or normal wear and tear within four years from the purchase date, we'll make it right with an exchange or repair. Just contact us at Support@TheUpScaleScale.com.

UpScale’s limited warranty applies only to the Product when purchased through an authorized reseller. This warranty applies only to the normal use of the Product. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or modification of the Product.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The UpScale Scale is not responsible for direct, or for special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, including without limitation any costs of replacing personal property, or damages to personal property as a result of using UpScale.

Returns

Yes! We offer a 100% satisfaction, 30 day money back guarantee return policy on all purchases. Within 30 days from purchase date, you can return your UpScale in new condition for a refund. Send us an email at Support@TheUpScaleScale.com. Shipping fees are non refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
